Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) is a fine-celled, highly resilient foam. When presentation matters just as much as protection, EVA delivers a clean, smooth surface that feels deliberate.
Why we use it
Smooth, tough, and refined.
Compared to standard PE or Plastazote, EVA foam has a much finer cell structure. This gives it a smoother, more uniform surface appearance and makes it incredibly resistant to tearing and repeated handling.

Typical Applications
Where EVA makes sense.
Presentation Cases: Sales kits, sample cases, and high-end product packaging where the unboxing experience matters.
Frequent Handling: Custom inserts for tools or equipment that are removed and replaced daily. The high tear strength prevents the edges from fraying.
Medical & Laboratory: The fine structure is easier to wipe down and keep clean than coarser foams.
EVA vs Plastazote
While Plastazote is our go-to for general protection and flight cases, EVA is selected when the aesthetic finish or tear resistance is prioritized over weight or cost. EVA is generally denser and heavier than a comparable firm Plastazote.
