Ask the workshop

The finished dimensions, quantity and what the foam needs to do are the best starting points. A photo, sketch, template or drawing is useful but not essential. If you are unsure, describe the application in your own words and we’ll ask the right questions.

Yes. One-off domestic and prototype work is welcome, alongside repeat trade orders. The most sensible process depends on the shape and material, so we’ll confirm that in your quote.

It depends on use, load, comfort, environment and finish. You don’t need to choose before contacting us: tell us the job and we’ll recommend a sensible option.

Absolutely. Paper, card, plywood and existing foam templates can all be helpful. Please tell us whether the template represents the finished size or includes any allowance.

Most quote requests receive a response within one working day. Production time varies with material, shape and quantity; your quote will include an honest lead time before you commit.

Yes. We package finished foam carefully and dispatch across the UK. Collection from our London workshop can also be arranged for suitable projects.

Yes. We can discuss batch quantities, repeatable drawings, material consistency and a practical ordering rhythm for your business.
