Capture the layout
Lay your tools out exactly how you want them to sit in the drawer. Take an overhead photo or trace them onto paper with a clear scale.
We digitise the paths
We take your layout and convert it into clean, precise CNC toolpaths, adding sensible finger cut-outs so you can actually retrieve the tools easily.
Machined and finished
The two-colour foam is routed to the exact depths required. Tools sit flush, contrasting base shows through, and the piece drops straight into your drawer.
